Priscilla McLoughlin is an independent social work training consultant, delivering services within statutory and voluntary child care organisations and academic institutions.
Formerly Director of the British Association for Adoption and Fostering in Northern Ireland, (BAAF), Priscilla has undertaken consultancy and training on behalf of the Northern Ireland Health and Social Care Board, all five of the Health and Social Care Trusts in Northern Ireland, and for independent fostering providers in the Republic of Ireland.
Priscilla McLoughlin is an independent adoption panel chair and has chaired complex fostering appeal panels and disruption meetings.
She has extensive experience in undertaking and supervising BAAF Form F assessments for fostering and adoption applicants in addition to kinship care assessments involving complex child protection concerns.
Priscilla is regularly involved in media discussions regarding adoption, fostering and childcare issues.
